Two Dead In Associated Airline Crash Conveying The Late Olusegun Agagu to Akure

An Associated Airline plane carrying the body of late Agagu, and including his family members and others to Akure, has crashed in Lagos.

According to those present around the scene,
the crash happened at the local wing of the
airport, close to the section where JET-A1, plane fuel is stored.

Fire service officials were seen evacuating the occupants of the plane and it is not yet clear how many casualties there are but two people have been unconfirmed dead.

Yakubu Datti, the spokesman of the Nigeria
aviation agencies, has asked for more time to get concrete details of the accident.

However, Segun Demuren, the son of Harold Demuren, who was the immediate former Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, also confirmed this through his twitter account.
