He made this known at the First Joint Parliamentary Session of South-East and South-south Houses of Assembly hosted by Imo State House of Assembly, with the Theme: "Alternatives to Militancy and the harmonisation of South-East/South-South Grazing Reserve Proposals"
The Deputy Speaker in his speech stated that the section of that bill which authorizes the National Grazing Commission to take over any piece of land they so please, and pay a token as compensation for such, completely negates the spirit of capitalist economy which Nigeria runs.
It is glaring that the Federal Government thus far has no cattle business and at such should not pass a Discriminatory Law that favours cattle rearing which is a private enterprise, like any other private business.
Thank you Sir for supporting the movement. #SayNoToGrazingBill
